致各親愛的撥號上網用戶︰

多謝各用戶一直以來選用我們ABC NET的互網聯撥號上網服務。現因我們撥號上網的機件發生故障,而所需配件在市場上也找不到,因而需重新購置新系統才能繼續提供撥號上網業務。
因定購新系統需時,不能在短時間回復正常,在不得意下只能暫時停止撥號上網之業務,而各客戶所已繳付的費用將按比例退回,而客戶的電子郵件服務將繼續免費提供至七月底。客戶如需繼續使用本公司的電子郵件,由八月份起可轉用本公司提供的電子郵件服務,年費為港幣 100 元正。

Dear Value Dial-up Service Customer

Thanks for your continue subscribing of our Dial-up Service. As our Dial-up Service Modem Pool Server failure, and we can't find the parts for repair in the market, we need to buy a new Dial-up System in order to provide the service.
As the purchase of a New Dial-up System need time to investigate, we have no choice that we need to temporary terminate the Dial-up Service first. All paid Service Fee will be refunded on pro-rata base, and the email service will continuous provide free of charge in July. After July if customer still need the email service, we will offer an email Service Package which cost HK$100.00 per year.
