1. The downstream speed is up to 1.5Mbps / 6 Mbps and the upstream speed is up to 640Kbps. The ABCNET's Business Broadband service is only designated commerial areas. A copy of the subscriber's valid Business Registration Certificate must be attached to the application form

2. The above offer is limited on a first come first served basis

3. ABC NET will supply the service to the customer as per the terms set out in the application form only for the offer is accepted by the customer by ,June 30, 2004, and the service installation is completed on or before May 1, 2004

4. ABC NET Limited reserves the right to withdraw the Promotional offer or adjust all fees and charges at any time without any notice
